I want the All-In-One to pay my house off years early.
Your income and your mortgage in one account. See the balance fall night by night and the year it hits zero.
How to use it
- Set your loan balance and rate. Start with what you owe today, or the loan you are about to take.
- Enter the cash you would park at closing: savings that would sit in the account from day one.
- Type your monthly income and pick how often you are paid. The calendar drops each check on the day it lands.
- Set your monthly spending, everything that leaves the account in a typical month. The surplus is what is left.
- Read the result: the year the balance hits zero and the interest you would pay. Scrub the calendar to watch any month.
Watch the balance fall to zero.
Your income and your mortgage in one account. Drag in your numbers; the calendar recalculates every night the way the loan does, and the balance reaches zero years ahead of a thirty-year.
The reasoning behind it
The All-In-One charges interest on the balance every night. Money sitting in the account counts against that balance until you spend it, so a paycheck deposited on the 1st lowers thirty nights of interest even if it is gone by the 30th.
A normal mortgage calculator cannot show that; it only knows the payment. This one simulates every night the way the loan actually accrues, so the payoff date is earned, not assumed.
It holds your rate and your monthly pattern constant, which the real loan does not. Treat the date as a fair estimate, not a promise. How the All-In-One works →
