I'm a loan officer at EPiQ Lending in Scottsdale, Arizona, on the Khamis Team. We do mortgages across every scenario you can think of — first-time buyers, move-ups, refinances, investment properties, renovation loans, physician loans. After 25+ years in this business as a family, we've pretty much seen it all.
